Seize this Astounding Tool for Early Disease Detection NOW!!

Have you wondered if you have more options than what your doctors tell you?

What if there was a safe way to discover, in advance, diseases you could prevent having?

Sound like a miracle? Too good to be true?

Well it isn’t.

Introducing Thermology!

“Thermology is a medical science that uses infrared images of the body to diagnose problems.”

Digital Infrared Imaging (Thermography) detects and measures the heat emitted by various

regions of the body.

Radiation free, thermology is designed to see inflammation and thermal vascular changes in the body…making it “Top Dog” in early detection of the disease process.

See my other post on thermography here.

Today, I interview another thermographer to get her take on this fabulous early-detection health tool!

Meet April Abbonizio!

April is the owner of Midwest Thermography Solutions, located in Town & Country, MO.

Prior to thermography, April was a dental hygienist for 14 years.

After her last child, she had some health issues that were resolved holistically.

With this influence, she became an integrative nutrition health coach.

She infuses her nutrition prowess into her thermography practice today.

As she said, though, “There are lots of health coaches, but not a lot of thermographers.”

“My passion is guiding patients to optimal health through the use of thermography and health coaching. We need to love our bodies from the inside out,” she says.

Her website is full of health perks on boosting your immune system, healing your heart naturally, and foods to eat to prevent sickness. Read more here.

More Physiological…

Says April: “Thermography is more physiological…a good tool in your tool belt for disease

prevention and early detection of disease. It’s a good look into ‘troubled areas’ of the body.

Select Training…

The American College of Clinical Thermology (ACCT) , certified through Duke University,

was April’s training ground.

“They don’t train anybody,” says April. “A background in Health & Science is vital.

It’s a huge, intensive hands-on learning experience. Continuing education is mandatory.”

Read more about ACCT here.

The Office Visit…

Find a thermographer near you at thermologyonline.org.

Expect a longer visit the first time in for a thermagram.

Dental history…family history…surgeries…a very extensive, detailed health history is taken.

Next is imaging of the body areas wanting investigation.

Patients must acclimate themselves to the temperature of the room before being tested.

I found it a peaceful, non-stressful environment…unlike the anticipation of the intensity of mammograms.

Results…

Results are reported back in 5 days with a free phone consultation to discuss.

Who does the interpreting? Doctors, by law, MD’s who are board certified in thermology.

What’s more, there is Meditherm…

Meditherm is a company laser-focused on designing, producing, and delivering advanced

thermal imaging systems for over twenty years.

80% of the interpreting MD’s are Meditherm thermographers from all over the world.

What an expanse of medical knowledge!

Future visits…

With initial breast thermograms, patients are asked to come back in 3 months

to complete a baseline. From there…an annual exam is all that’s needed.

Exceptions would be someone in high risk or with a disease in process.

Other tests necessary?

“It’s a woman’s choice,” says April. “Doctors often ‘scare you’ into having a mammogram.

Weigh the fear & anxiety over having or not having one. Every woman should educate

themselves & choose the path best for them.”

April recommends having a breast ultrasound in harmony with a thermogram.

The Truth of Mammograms…

With a mammogram, ALL of the radiation is going into the breast

instead of being scattered throughout the body.

The higher the radiation in your body, the more chance for cancer.

Once a mammogram spots something, it’s been there for 8 years already!

Eeek to the Squeeze!!

Keep in mind, too, the compression in a mammogram…

50 pounds of steel squeezing your breast!!!

“It’s just not worth the risk,” says April.

Tips on Ultimate Breast Health!

“Easey Peasey,” says April. Here’s her take”

Vitamin D!

Make sure your vitamin D levels are above 50 on your blood work.

Optimal D levels decrease your risk by 84%.

“Everyone absorbs “D” differently. No level is constant for all. Summer time,

in the sun, is different with everyone outdoors. Your “D” level can be adjusted.”

Douse the Bra!!

This was my big takeaway from April.

“Wear your bra as little as possible. ‘LET THOSE GIRLS GO FREE!

Bra wearing constricts the lymphatic. Disease can harbor when your lymph

does not get “flushed out.”

So…what kind when you do wear one??

April recommends the bras from SOMA.

They are supportive & very good for the lymphatic.

Avoid all underwire!!

Try bra-lettes. Looser & not so supportive…they don’t hug your body super tight.

SOMA has a neat video to watch on measuring yourself for your perfect bra size here.

There are SOMA stores too if you have one close to you. Check here.

Keep Your Lymph Flowing!

This is HUGE! Read all about “Our Luscious Lymph” in my recent blog post.

Our lymphatic is our body’s sanitation system.

It filters out & ships out poisonous waste from all of our organs, tissues & cells.

Assistant to our immune system, our lymphatic multi-tasks to fight infection!

Learn to love your lymphatic!

Shake It Up!

April uses a vibe plate to keep her lymph flowing.

She puts the palms of her hands on the plate and basically bounces.

I use a rebounder. These mini-trampolines are dynamos to catapult your health

to new levels. Check out more info here.

Love on Your Liver!

April gives a “shout out” to loving on your liver!!

“Your liver helps with so many functions of the body. Love on it!” she says.

Try a castor oil pack with organic castor oil.

Castor oil stimulates the work of your lymph and liver.

The packs assist in its detox.

Talk about a dynamic duo that loves your liver!

Check out more perks of castor oil packs and how to use them here.

Final Health “Words of Wisdom”…

“Besides Vitamin D and lymph health,” says April,

“Incorporate whole food eating into your diet…no fast food or soda…hydrate…stay active…

even if it’s just walking.”

She adds: “Strength training, too, is beneficial especially as we age.”

Wow! What a Takeaway!

Thank you, April, for your time and your wisdom

on thermography, our lymphatic system,

and Vitamin D & whole foods.

Read more on these at April’s website here.

Schedule a thermogram with her too.
